The Frontier Airlines Center's main architectural focus is the Rotunda area at the corner of 4th Street and Wisconsin Avenue. A public area in most circumstances, this street level space hosts a Greater Milwaukee Convention and Visitors Bureau Information Center. Glass-enclosed concourse/lobby/pre-function spaces extend west and north from the Rotunda, and feature a variety of artworks.

On the street level are registration windows, a 37,506 square foot ballroom, up to 14 meeting rooms, and large pre-function lobby spaces. North of the ballroom, a pre-function space exits into the Wells Street underpass providing sheltered, curbside drop-off space for guests or valet parking.

The ballroom can be subdivided into up to four smaller ballrooms.

Power: 2 each 400 Amp/3 Phase and 200 amp/3 Phase supplies for corporate theater. 100 amp, 60 Amp, 30 Amp and 20 Amp supplies in floor and on perimeter.
Utilities: Connections for phone, data lines, video, fiber optics

Street level meeting rooms: 14 (maximum)
Two street level meeting/breakout rooms (102 and 103) can be subdivided into as many as five smaller rooms. A third meeting room (101), can be divided into up to four rooms.

Lighting: Each division has 2 levels of fluorescent lighting, plus one zone of track lights, one zone of down lights and one zone of perimeter lights, all adjustable.
Power: Each division has 30 Amp and 20 Amp power supplies. 60 amp service is available for larger room sets.
Utilities: Complete sound & light systems. Connections for phone and data lines. Equipment for teleconferencing, satellite links, multimedia.
